Purpose and legal basis for data processing
The Administrator processes contact information about senders and recipients of e-mail correspondence, contained in the content of such correspondence, in order to:

  • enable e-mail contact with the Administrator and to contact the recipients,
  • document arrangements made with clients, contractors, other persons,
  • receive letters, notifications and applications in electronic form, e.g. complaints, claims, other applications,
  • protect against claims and pursue possible claims.

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR) consisting in conducting correspondence addressed to us in connection with our business activities.

Data storage period
We store correspondence for the period necessary to properly and reliably fulfill the purposes referred to in paragraph 3 above, respectively for each purpose separately, unless the messages contain content that is important for pursuing claims or defending against claims, in which case we will store selected messages for up to 6 years, i.e. until the limitation period for claims, and in the event of initiating potential legal proceedings, also after that period. Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).


Rights of individuals
In connection with our processing of personal data, you have the right to:
a. request access to your personal data,
b. request rectification of your personal data,
c. request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data,
d. object to the processing of your data,
e. file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

Providing your data is voluntary, but failure to provide it may prevent us from continuing correspondence.

Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.


Data recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator, including marketing agencies, entities providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites), accounting entities or courier services.


Transfer of data to a third country/international organization
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

Your data will not be subject to automatic processing in this profiling.
