Information clause for contractors

I. Indication of the administrator

  1. The administrator of personal data is Mayeryn Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Aleja Grunwaldzka 309, 80-309 Gdańsk.

II. The purpose of data processing and the legal basis for processing

  1. Fulfillment of the provisions of the contract – processing is necessary to perform activities prior to the conclusion of the contract and to implement its provisions (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR).
  2. Maintaining accounting and tax documentation – processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation resulting from Article 74 of the Accounting Act and others concerning taxpayers (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR).
  3. Claims and protection against claims – processing is necessary to achieve the legitimate purposes of the administrator consisting in protecting the interests of the entrepreneur (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR).

III. Processing period

  1. Data will be processed:
    1. for the time necessary to perform the concluded contract, the limitation of claims arising from it and the period of storing settlement documents related to it,
    2. for the period required by law in order to fulfill the obligations resulting from the regulations until these obligations are fulfilled

IV. Transfer of personal data

  1. Your personal data is transferred by the Administrator only to trusted entities such as companies supplying and servicing selected IT systems and solutions, postal and courier service providers acting on behalf of the Administrator.
  2. Personal data is not transferred outside the EEA or made available to international organizations.


V. Your rights

  1. In connection with our processing of personal data, you have the right to:
    1. request access to your personal data,
    2. request rectification of your personal data,
    3. request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data,
    4. transfer of personal data understood as transfer of data to another controller at the request of the data subject, if the processing is carried out in an automated manner and if the processing is carried out on the basis of consent or a contract,
    5. lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you consider that the processing violates the provisions of the law.
  2. Providing your data is voluntary, although necessary for the conclusion and execution of the cooperation agreement.
  3. Your data will not be subject to automatic processing, including profiling.
