Purpose of processing

Establishing business contacts. Processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR – processing is necessary to achieve the legitimate purposes of the administrator consisting in striving to establish economic cooperation.
Implementation of the provisions of the agreement on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary to perform activities before entering into the agreement and to implement its provisions;
Maintaining accounting and tax documentation. Processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) GDPR – processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation resulting from art. 74 of the Accounting Act and others concerning taxpayers.

Claims enforcement and protection against claims. Processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of implementing the legitimate interests of the administrator consisting in the protection of its interests.

Processing period

The data are processed accordingly for the period:

Until an effective objection/request to delete the data is filed, in the event that the data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator
Until the termination or expiration of the contract or until the full settlement of receivables resulting from the contract, taking into account the period provided for the pursuit of possible claims resulting from this contract, as well as for the period required by law (e.g. the Accounting Act).

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data will be transferred by the Administrator only to trusted entities such as companies providing and servicing selected IT systems and solutions, providers of postal and courier services or other services acting on behalf of the Administrator.

Your rights

In connection with our processing of personal data, you have the right to:

request access to your personal data,
request rectification of your personal data,
request deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data,
transfer of personal data understood as transferring data to another administrator at the request of the data subject, if the processing is carried out in an automated manner and if the processing is carried out on the basis of consent or an agreement,
file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you consider that the processing violates the provisions of the law.

Providing your data is voluntary, although necessary to establish economic cooperation. Without providing data, it is impossible to submit requests for quotes, conclude contracts or perform them.

Your data will not be subject to automatic processing, including profiling.

Transfer of data to a third country/international organization.

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA or made available to international organizations.
