Behind the scenes of our work: what a day at an IT and automation company looks like

Behind every modern IT system and automation solution there are people – specialists who make sure that everything runs smoothly. What does their working day look like?

In the morning, teams meet for short project briefings. Programmers discuss progress in application development and system integration, while automation engineers plan tests and implementations of new installations. This ensures that everyone knows what the priorities are for the day.

The middle of the day is time for tasks: writing code, designing control systems, testing prototypes, and providing remote customer support. In the background, the technical support and administration department ensures that processes run smoothly.

In the afternoon, tests, reviews, and summaries take place—the team analyzes results, solves current problems, and plans the next steps. Whenever possible, short internal training sessions are organized to keep everyone up to date with new technologies.

This is what our everyday life looks like – dynamic, full of challenges, but also satisfaction from creating solutions that improve our customers’ processes.
