A solution that automates the process of tearing (prefabricated) seal discs. Brief process description:
a) The robot picks the seal disc from the basket and feeds it to the tearing machine.
b) The seals are automatically torn from the disc and transferred to the seal classification tunnel.
c) In the tunnel, the seals are classified (torn correctly / partially torn correctly / torn incorrectly / damaged).
d) The classified seals are transferred by conveyor belt to the appropriate basket.
The robot picks the seals from the basket using an AI system (Mayeryn AI Vision). This proprietary AI system is also used in the seal classification tunnel.
The line can operate 24/7. A carton storage facility can be incorporated, reducing the number of operators required per shift.
