Information clause for contractors

I. Indication of the administrator

  1. The administrator of personal data is Mayeryn Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Aleja Grunwaldzka 309, 80-309 Gdańsk.

II. The purpose of data processing and the legal basis for processing

  1. Fulfillment of the provisions of the contract – processing is necessary to perform activities prior to entering into the contract and to implement its provisions (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR).
  2. Maintaining accounting and tax documentation – processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation arising from Article 74 of the Accounting Act and other obligations concerning taxpayers (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR).
  3. Exercising and defending against claims – processing is necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests of the controller, consisting in protecting the interests of the entrepreneur (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR).

III. Processing period

  1. Data will be processed:
    1. For the period necessary to perform the concluded contract, the limitation period for claims arising therefrom, and the period of storage of related settlement documents,
    2. for the period required by law to fulfill obligations arising from the provisions, until such obligations are fulfilled.

IV. Transfer of personal data

  1. Your personal data is transferred by the Controller only to trusted entities, such as companies providing and maintaining selected IT systems and solutions, and postal and courier service providers acting on behalf of the Controller.
  2. Personal data is not transferred outside the EEA or made available to international organizations.

V. Your rights

  1. In connection with our processing of personal data, you have the right to:
    1. Request access to your personal data,
    2. Request rectification of your personal data,
    3. Request erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data,
    4. Transfer of personal data, understood as the transfer of data to another controller at the request of the data subject, if the processing is automated and if the processing is based on consent or a contract,
    5. File a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing violates the law.
  2. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the cooperation agreement.
  3. Your data will not be subject to automatic processing, including profiling.
