I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the website mayeryn.com (and websites available in this domain)
2.6. NEWSLETTER – an Electronic Service that allows the Service Recipient to subscribe and receive free information from the Service Provider to the email address provided by the Service Recipient.
III. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
3.1. The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the website, such as:

IV. TERMS OF PROVIDING AND CONCLUDING AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
4.1. The provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III, point 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.

4.6. The Service Recipient is prohibited from providing content of an illegal nature.
V. TERMS OF TERMINATING AGREEMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
5.1. Termination of the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services:
5.2. The Service Provider and the Service Recipient may terminate the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services at any time by mutual agreement of the parties.

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All content posted on the website at mayeryn.com (and at addresses in the mayeryn.com domain) is protected by copyright and is the property of mayeryn.com. The Service Recipient is fully liable for any damage caused to the Service Provider resulting from the use of any content of the mayeryn.com website (and pages in the mayeryn.com domain) without the consent of the Service Provider.
7.2. Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements constituting the content and content of the mayeryn.com website constitutes a violation of the copyright of the Service Provider and results in civil and criminal liability.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Agreements concluded via the mayeryn.com website (and pages in the mayeryn.com domain) are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
8.2. In the event of any inconsistency of any part of the Regulations with applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply instead of the disputed provision of the Regulations.
