A solution that streamlines the ice production and packaging process. This insulated hopper has a 6.5-ton capacity and features an ice mixing function that prevents ice from clogging the chute. The mixing function also prevents ice cubes from sticking together.

Buffer Mixing Control The buffer mixing control logic includes the following operating modes: It is possible to control the speed and direction of the mixing paddles, which can be important in the case of extended ice residence time in the buffer (partially melted ice may become more brittle, requiring more careful mixing). This function also allows flexibility in the event of future changes in the shape or size of the ice cubes being packed. Item No. 1 on the internal model of the buffer (see the adjacent drawing) is a symbolic representation of the mixing paddles.
