Change management reporting system

Project description

Creation of a system for handling reporting processes on the status of task performance of organizational units of the City Hall in Gdańsk and the status of implementation of legal acts by the city office and organizational units of the city. The system allows adding items manually and by importing a file. Possibility to create a hierarchy of added tasks (adding subtasks).

Creation of reports on existing tasks and legal acts and the ability to generate a table with a summary of tasks/legal acts for individual units for a selected period, which can be conveniently exported from the system to an xlsx file. The functionality of exporting reports from the system to pdf, docx and xlsx formats is based on the Jasper Reports library. Possibility to send generated reports to EZD (system integrated with EZD system). System integration with the Client's Azure Active Directory.
