In the project we implemented temporary recruitment portal that was based on Odoo system. We configurated the system in order to allow recruiting and contact from candidates. In order to do that we used e.g. Recruitment module and also CRM module. Recruitment module allowed us to create job advertisements and conduct recruitment in an easy way. Thanks to this module the applicants can send their job applications which automatically go to appropriate space in the system and recruiter can see all the applications in one place. What’s more, thanks to CRM module, the applicants can contact with recruiters via contact form in order to send their applications or questions to job advertisement.
