The processing of personal data in connection with employment is based on legal provisions, in particular tax law, labor law, and social security law, including for the purposes of determining work capacity – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR, Article 9 paragraph 2 letter b of the GDPR, and Article 9 paragraph 2 letter h of the GDPR.
Data processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of an employment contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR).
Data may also be processed in connection with the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e., pursuing any claims related to the concluded employment contract.

Data will be processed for the period required by law, while maintaining the deadlines for any claims.
