Information clause for employees

I. Indication of the administrator

  1. The administrator of personal data is Mayeryn Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Aleja Grunwaldzka 309, 80-309 Gdańsk.

    The Administrator has appointed a Coordinator for Personal Data Protection to supervise the correctness of personal data processing. You can contact him by writing to the e-mail address: rodo@mayeryn.com.


II. The purpose of processing

  1. Fulfillment of the employer’s obligations arising from the employment relationship
  2. Fulfillment of the employer’s obligations arising from legal provisions.
  3. Pursuing claims and protecting against claims.

III. Legal basis

  1. The processing of personal data in connection with employment is based on legal provisions, in particular tax law, labor law, and social security law, including for the purposes of determining work capacity – Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR, Article 9 paragraph 2 letter b of the GDPR, and Article 9 paragraph 2 letter h of the GDPR.
  2. Data processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of an employment contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR).
  3. Data may also be processed in connection with the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e., pursuing any claims related to the concluded employment contract.

IV. Processing period

  1. Data will be processed for the period required by law, while maintaining the deadlines for any claims.


V. Transfer of personal data

  1. Your personal data is transferred by the Controller only to trusted entities, such as companies providing and operating selected IT systems and solutions, and postal and courier service providers acting on behalf of the Controller.


VI. Your rights

  1. In connection with our processing of personal data, you have the right to:
    1. request access to your personal data,
    2. request rectification of your personal data,
    3. request erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data,
    4. transfer of personal data, understood as the transfer of data to another controller at the request of the data subject, if the processing is carried out by automated means and if the processing is based on consent or a contract,
    5. lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing violates the law.
  2. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of an employment contract. Without providing your data, we cannot hire you. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
