Beschreibung
A solution automating the tearing process of (prefabricated) gasket discs. Short process description:
- > The robot picks up a gasket disc from the basket and feeds it to the tearing machine;
- > The gaskets are automatically torn from the disc and transferred to the gasket classification tunnel;
- > In the tunnel, the gaskets are classified (torn correctly / partially correctly / incorrectly / damaged);
- > The classified gaskets are transported by a conveyor belt to the appropriate basket;
