The system achieves a throughput of 10 cycles per minute (1 cycle every 6 seconds), allowing packing of 2, 4, or 6 absorbent inserts depending on demand. This guarantees uninterrupted, smooth production.

Betriebskonzept

The robot precisely picks absorbent inserts from the feeder and transfers them over selected positions, releasing them according to the cycle.
Pneumatic actuators lower protective covers onto the sealing zone, and lift them after the cycle is complete, allowing the line to advance.
The cycle repeats automatically, ensuring continuous production.
