Revolutionary Packing System Efficiency

The system achieves a throughput of 10 cycles per minute (1 cycle every 6 seconds), allowing packing of 2, 4, or 6 absorbent inserts depending on demand. This guarantees uninterrupted, smooth production.

A removable, retractable plate and adjustable feeders enable quick adaptation of the line to changing production requirements.

Staff Reduction and Savings

Operation Concept

  • The robot precisely picks absorbent inserts from the feeder and transfers them over selected positions, releasing them according to the cycle.
  • Pneumatic actuators lower protective covers onto the sealing zone, and lift them after the cycle is complete, allowing the line to advance.
  • The cycle repeats automatically, ensuring continuous production.
