Operation Concept

• The robot precisely picks absorbent inserts from the feeder and transfers them over selected positions, releasing them according to the cycle.
• Pneumatic actuators lower protective covers onto the sealing zone, and lift them after the cycle is complete, allowing the line to advance.
• The cycle repeats automatically, ensuring continuous production.
