Description
Process parameter recording system enabling:
- Reading sensor values via serial port (RS-485) and Ethernet
- Sensor management, including changing their names, adding, removing, and editing sensors. Editing sensor parameters, units, and scales.
- Ongoing monitoring of current parameters
- Share individual parameters with employees
- Displaying integer, decimal, counter, 16-bit, 32-bit, and signed values
- Data visualization on a synaptic map
- Reading all sensors once per second (configurable to read individual sensors less frequently)
- Generating graphs of individual parameters: monthly, weekly, and daily
- System menu available in Polish and English
System performance
• Up to 5,000 users in the system
• Up to 50 simultaneously logged-in users
• Up to 1,000 sensors
Specification
Client-Server System
The client application is installed on the user's computer and acts as a data broker; data is processed on the Mayeryn server and is accessible via a web browser.
- MQTT data bus serves as a data broker between the client application and the server, functioning as a queuing system that prevents data loss during temporary system overload and offloads the database, ensuring smooth operation with multiple users.
- Accessible via a web browser from anywhere in the world.
- SaaS model—servers are provided by Mayeryn.
- Database divided into current data (last 90 days) and archival data (older than 90 days) with automatic data retention.
Additional Features
- Data export to Excel (*.xlsx) with automatic naming of files, columns, and sheets, chart generation, and configurable reporting periods (daily, weekly, monthly, or any custom period).
- Data export to PDF with visual customization options, such as adding a logo.
- Alarms:
- Notifications when a parameter exceeds a set value (displayed in the system and upon next login if unconfirmed).
- Alarms for missing sensor data with optional SMS, email, or in-system notification.
- Advanced alarm configuration supporting counter values and logical conditions (OR, AND, XOR).
- SMS notifications—users can set their own alarm sets with configurable phone numbers and triggering events.
- Email notifications—similar to SMS, with unlimited messages and configurable recipients.
- Creation of user groups with predefined permissions and alarm sets, simplifying access management.
Atomic Permissions
- Sensor management
- User management
- Report generation and real-time value viewing
M-PM System Features and Integrations
- Integration of the M-PM system with the client's Active Directory (or other LDAP system used in the organization)—enables easy management of user accounts and access to functionalities.
- Data export to Word (*.docx)—automatic filling of predefined templates, reducing the time needed to create lengthy and complex reports.
- Mobile application with the ability to set alarms for specific events.
- Control of optical and acoustic signal devices in production halls, with configurable alarms for events.
- Predefined analytical dashboards.
- Ability to create custom analytical dashboards.
- UX system design before implementation—recommended for visualizing the target system appearance.
- Responsive design (RWD)—application accessible via browser on mobile devices with an optimized interface.
